About us

We endeavour to search for unique & inspiring wines for our customers from Italy.

We look for wines that are expressive of their terroir with minimalistic intervention; equally, we look for a proactive relationship with our suppliers. Principally, we deal with family-owned wineries for our top restaurants & hotels.

Carrfields are sole agents for all of the wines on our list.

Our wines in 2008 have attracted extensive press and media coverage - many of them have been awarded international medals over the last twelve months. We continue to introduce new wines from newly discovered producers: if we don't like a wine we won't list it.

Our List will never be complete, with new and seductive additions constantly being sourced, we aim to keep both ourselves and you, our customers, excited by enticing new arrivals.
